Refunds
Digital Products: Due to the nature of our digital products (i.e., books, journals, notebooks, classes, trainings), no refunds or exchanges will be granted or issued. A digital product is deemed “used” once it is downloaded or opened. If you experience problems donwloading your materials, contact us at admin@sbintegrations.com, and we will be happy to assist you.
Service-Based Products: These products are subject to agreement by both parties prior to the services being rendered. The refund terms agreed upon by the signing and/or purchasing of these types of products will be followed. Refer to the service agreements and/or individual contracts.
Exchanges
There are no exchanges of products or services under any circumstance.
