We are a L&D design firm specializing in crafting transformative leadership learning experiences for African American women who lead, or aspire to lead, in the workplace, the community, and the home. Our approach is a holistic one where we understand that true leadership flourishes when learning aligns with the essence of the whole woman. At SB Integrations, we honor the original design that God has given to each woman, nurturing her innate capabilities to lead with authenticity and purpose. Our mission is to foster support and encouragement through comprehensive training, personalized coaching, strategic consulting, and a safe collaborative community. We are dedicated to amplifying the voices and visions of African American women as they effectively lead in their respective areas of influence.
In a quest to support small and midsize, women-owned businesses, we offer our Corporate Learning Design Services. We understand that a skilled workforce undergirds the progress and success of any business. We partner to help these businesses build learning environments and programs that align with their business strategy and that accomplishes their goal of investing in and developing their employees. We model how to design, build, and maintain their own learning environment without costly outsourcing or piecemealing their training programs. Investing in your staff this way brings an internal loyalty that sets the business up for growth and success. In the process the business owner is supported and further developed as a leader within her business and within her community.
Integrations Learning Academy
The ILA is the training arm of the firm. We are changing the algorithm for leadership development for African American women. We dedicate time and space to help develop the whole woman so that she can better lead in the way she was designed to lead. Through our virtual platform, we offer various training and development opportunities that are delivered in a variety of ways – i.e., self-paced courses, microlearnings, cluster learnings, learning design programs, live learning workshops, coaching, etc. We believe in creating safe spaces for women to develop and to be supported in their journey while delivering relevant learning that aligns with their plan and their aspirations.
From course and template design for individuals to assessment, strategy, and training for corporate teams, we offer concierge dedicated attention to your learning and development needs. We understand some may be looking for more 1:1 attention. These services are limited in time and scope, but space has been alloted for individuals and corporate teams who prefer this type of service.
