About Me
Like many African American women, I’ve experienced both the calling to lead and the frustration of not always being seen or equipped to step fully into those roles. That’s why I answered a deep conviction to establish SB Integrations.
A Little Background
Drawing on my 15+ years as a Learning and Development specialist – designing and delivering impactful leadership and employee training – and my 20+ years in healthcare administration, I bring a wealth of practical experience to my work. I specialize in crafting unique and innovative learning experiences tailored to individual and team needs because I believe learning should be both fun and relevant, no matter where you are on your journey.
My Passion
My passion is to empower African American women to confidently embrace their leadership potential. At SB Integrations, we focus on building the foundational character, essential skills, and practical competencies needed to effectively lead and influence in any environment. I firmly believe that by integrating our life experiences, workplace insights, faith, and a clear understanding of our unique design, we can unlock our full potential and support others in doing the same.
